INDICATIONS

For the treatment and prevention of respiratory infections associated with tilmicosin-susceptible micro-organisms such as Mycoplasma spp. Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Actinomyces pyogenes and Mannheimia haemolytica in calves, chickens, turkeys and swine.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE

For oral administration. 

Calves: Twice daily, 1 ml per 20 kg b.w (equivalent to 12.5 mg tilmicosin per kg b.w) via milk replacer for 3 - 5 days.

Chickens: 30 ml per 100 liters of drinking water (equivalent to 15-20 mg tilmicosin per b.w) for 3 days.

Turkeys: 30 ml per 100 liters of drinking water (equivalent to 10-27 mg tilmicosin per b.w) for 3 days.

Swine: 80 ml per 100 liters of drinking water (equivalent to 15-20 mg tilmicosin per kg b.w) for 5 days.

NOTE

Medicated drinking water or milk replacer should be prepared fresh every 24 h. To ensure a correct dosage, the concentration of the product should be adjusted to the actual fluid intake.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Egg: Not permitted for use in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.

STORAGE: Store in a cool and dry place (≤ 30°C). Protect from frost. Protected from light.
